Starting PowerPoint using the ALL PROGRAMS item

PowerPoint can be started from the START menu, by selecting ALL PROGRAMS option, and after that selecting the MICROSOFT OFFICE option and finaly selecting the MICROSOFT OFFICE POWERPOINT option.

A PowerPoint button in the Task bar appears when the PowerPoint window is opened  . The PowerPoint button will disappear when the PowerPoint window is closed.

Starting PowerPoint using the ALL PROGRAMS item, steps:

  1. Click the START button.
  2. Select ALL PROGRAMS.
  3. Select the MICROSOFT folder.
  4. Choose the PowerPoint option.
  5. The PowerPoint window will open;
  6. The PowerPoint button will appear in the Task bar;
  7. The end (Kraj).

Note:
    The PowerPoint application can be started by double-clicking on the MICROSOFT PowerPoint SHORTCUT icon on the DESKTOP.
    or Double-clicking on the icon of any PowerPoint document.

The name of a new PowerPoint document is PRESENTATION1.
