REPLACE


Word 2010 enables replacing desired group of symbols by clicking REPLACE button from EDIT group in HOME TAB.

REPLACE, steps:

  1. RIBBON, HOME TAB
  2. Open EDITING group (if necessary);
  3. REPLACE button ;
  4. REPLACE dialogue window opens.
  5. FIND WHAT field, type the desired group of symbols for replacing;
  6. REPLACE WITH field, new symbols;
  7. REPLACE button changes symbols
  8. REPLACE ALL changes all the symbols in the text.
