PRIZNANJA

Pupinov rad je priznat od strane mnogobrojnih univerziteta, koji su mu dodelili pocasne diplome. On je posedovao sesnaest takvih diploma.

Dodeljeno mu je:

• The Elliot Cresson Medal of the Franklin Institute (1902)
• The Hobort Prize of the French Academy (1916)
• The Edison Medal of the American Institute of Electrical engineers (1920)
• The Medal of Honor of the Radio Institute of America
• The Gold Medal of the American Institute of Social Sciences
• The Washington Award of the Western Society of Engineers (1928)

Bio je predsednik:

• The Radio Institute of America
• The New York Academy of Sciences
• The American Institute of Electrical Engineers
• The American Association for the Advancement of Science
 

Bio je clan mnogih akademija i naucnih drustava. Bio je pocasni doktor mnogih univerziteta u svetu. Proglasen je za pocasnog doktora Beogradskog univerziteta i Zagrebackog univerziteta.
